Returns

Returns are eligible within the first 15 days of delivery. Items may only be returned for store credit or exchange. Returns must be in new condition.

Orders requiring a custom finish, or specialty wrap, customizable eco, or are made from Adaptive Saber Parts are final sales and cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or refunded after the order has been placed.

To begin a return, email us at help@saberforge.com with the subject "Return Request [Your Order Number]" for approval. If you no longer have your order number, please include the email address and billing name in the body of your email.

All returns require authorization and a completed RMA form. Orders shipped to us without authorization and an RMA will be returned.
